Netflix is set to produce a remake of the 1998 film ‘Strul’, that starred Björn Skifs in the lead role. This new feature film will be supported by the musical talents of the Stockholm Studio Orchestra, and the strings were recorded here at IMRSV Studios.
Strings conducted by Erik Arvinder and recorded by Willem Bleeker from IMRSV.
In this action comedy we get to meet Conny Rundqvist, whose life takes a dramatic turn when getting falsely accused and convicted for a serious drug felony. He is advised to make the best of the situation, but instead finds himself drawn into a major heist.
The film is directed by Jon Holmberg, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Tapio Leopold. Original manuscript was written by Bengt Palmers, who is now playing the character Bengt in this new edition. The movie premiers on Netflix this fall, don’t miss it out!
